Lucas Pina 
CEO

Visionary and pioneer, an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry, specifically in the Latin music industry. For 12 years, he created and managed the entire live entertainment unit of the Spanish Broadcasting System, creating 21 brands that have generated millions of dollars in revenue through mega-concerts such as CaliBash, MegaBash, and MiamiBash, positioning these concerts as the largest Latin concert series in the United States. His work helped shape what is today the Latin music concert industry; he has been at the forefront of every major event in this industry.

Camilo Gonzalez
President 360 Live

He leads the company’s 360 Live division, managing, planning, and executing its concerts and other live events. Camilo has over 30 years of experience in the entertainment, hospitality and security industries, recognized for his expertise in managing all operational aspects of large scale live music events in venues throughout the US. He has built his reputation by successfully executing events with exemplary vision and innovative management.

Juan Flores
CFO USA

Juan is a versatile leader with over 20 years of financial and tax experience in multiple industries, including healthcare, entertainment, telecom, financial services, and real estate, with a proven record of success cultivating strong teams to handle corporate, tax, accounting and other financial functions. Throughout his career, Juan has developed tax departments from the ground up in order to implement income tax and financial procedures and processes more efficiently and effectively.

Grace Roeder Oppenheimer
Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions

With a career spanning over 20 years in the finance, entertainment, and tech industries. Her specialties are investor presentations, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. She is currently working with MEF-V (360 Worldwide Entertainment) and Samre Entertainment (Arnel Pineda, lead singer of Journey), and is the founder of Yotta Law, a fintech company launching in the fall of 2023. Attended UCLA Business School and was mentored by Fortune 500 executives Mr. John Anderson (Topa) and Mr. Harvey Vechery (Key-Brands International).

Dayana Pina
VP of Design and Project Management

Dayana Pina is an interior designer who graduated from the Miami International University of Arts and Design, with over 10 years of experience in the fields of interior design, visual merchandising, and content management. Having worked for various 3D animation studios offering a range of 3D media solutions, she has been able to lead a team of artists to success, meet deadlines, mediate communication between client and artists, and achieve.

Denisse Mollfulleda
Director of Operations, 360 Live

Denisse has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing as well as over 10 years of experience in producing successful events. Her background includes a wide array of audiences and has covered various sectors such as arts, hospitality, concerts, sports, charity events, and more. She has also served on the Board of Directors of non-profit organizations and concert production companies in which she managed critical aspects of their business, including fundraising, market research, strategic planning, advertising, logistics, artist management, liaison, and event coordination. Denisse also encompasses operational compliances management skills essential to her role.

Sebastian Lopera
Marketing Director

Marketing specialist with 10 years of experience creating and developing strategies for companies and brands for all markets in the Americas; creating new markets, positioning brands, and developing new products and services that have allowed the organic and sustainable growth of the companies with whom he has worked. Mr. Lopera is an industrial design technologist and business administrator, who has completed complementary studies in management.

Fernando Arias
Corporate Controller, Box Office & Scaling

Business Administrator with experience in different types of industries, such as Food and Beverage, Health, Technology and Entertainment, who is highly focused on process analysis and quality control for customer satisfaction, with training in costing and budgeting. Team oriented to lead projects, passionate, and used to working under pressure. Experienced in team building, group training, planning, budgeting, and project leadership with a constant focus on process improvement for efficient results and resources.

Tax/Legal Consultant

Mr. Grisales has an LLM in Taxation and Master of Science in Finance from Geneva Business School, Switzerland, an LLM in International Taxation and Financial Services from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and an MBA from Colorado Technical University. He is admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland, as a Candidate Solicitor in Hong Kong, S.A.R., as a Solicitor in the British Virgin Islands, as a Solicitor in England & Wales, U.K., as an attorney-at law in Florida, and as attorney-at-law in Colombia.

Carlos Reynoso
Red Mercury Entertainment

Live entertainment industry veteran serves as a principal of Red Mercury Entertainment, a full-service production company that provides venues and theaters, as well as Las Vegas casinos, comprehensive solutions for all their entertainment needs, including ticketing and box office operations, technical direction, showroom management, marketing, and more. Mr. Reynoso is involved in every aspect of his company, where he manages the day-to-day operations, and oversees a team of more than 100 employees. Currently, Red Mercury Entertainment co-produces MJ Live: A Michael Jackson Tribute Concert at The Strat as well as Purple Reign: The Prince Tribute Show at Tropicana Las Vegas. Additionally, Red Mercury Entertainment has an equity partnership with Live Nation, Caesars Entertainment, Sands Corp. (Venetian/Palazzo) and MGM Resorts International on a multitude of current and past premier headliner shows in Las Vegas, including Aerosmith; Backstreet Boys; Britney Spears; Chicago; Christina Aguilera; Def Leppard; Earth, Wind & Fire; Gwen Stefani; Janet Jackson; Jennifer Lopez; Lady Gaga; Lionel Richie; Pitbull; Ricky Martin; Shania Twain; Willie Nelson; and ZZ Top, to name a few. Red Mercury Entertainment has also been instrumental in brokering the annual deal for Calibash, the world’s largest Latin/Urban music festival, at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Sergio Fernandez de Cordova
Founder and Chairman of PVBLIC Foundation and a Permanent Observer to the International Youth Organization for Ibero-America (OIJ) to the United Nations.

As Chairman of PVBLIC, he leads the foundation’s engagement with governments from the Vatican to the White House to the United Nations and multinationals; public and private. As a UN Permanent Observer, he leads multilateral engagement and partnership integration efforts across the UN system. In all of his work, public and private, he promotes the global development and policy work behind structuring Public Private Partnerships (PPP) that embrace social change; making sure the next generation has a seat at the table — using media, data, and technology to drive that change. Over the past 13 years, Sergio has helped launch or played an instrumental role in developing platforms and initiatives to advance sustainable development and impact across the globe.
